In an attempt to gain more worldwide presence and strengthen its network and to make connections easier and more frequent, Aeromexico has started to develop new international markets. From 2006 it started operations to Tokyo from Mexico City via Tijuana. Service to Shanghai from Mexico City via Tijuana began in May 2008. New flights to San Jose, Costa Rica began in spring 2010. Nonstop Tokyo-Mexico City scheduled flights began in January 2010, and increased to three by March 2010. In May 2012, Aeromexico commenced service to Washington-Dulles and the airline resumed its service to Atlanta-Hartsfield until July 2012.
Aeromexico started services to Bogotá, Colombia in July 2010, with daily flights operated by Boeing 737 aircraft. It resumed operations to Montreal, Canada in December 2010, started New York and Bogotá from Cancun and began operations to London-Heathrow in December 2012, using a Boeing 767. It started operations to Quito, Ecuador in December 2013, operated daily by Boeing 737-700. Aeromexico started Rio de Janeiro, Brazil in July 2014, operating 4 times a week using a Boeing 767-200ER; flights were axed as of July 2015.

Each passenger is allowed to carry on one bag and one personal item such as a laptop bag, handbag, or briefcase. All carry-on baggage must fit in the overhead bin or under the seat in front of you.

In addition, some of our exquisite menu options can also be modified to meet your needs.In-flight bar service is available at 11 a.m. and includes wines, beers, spirits and wide selection of international beverages.

The Dreamliner experience - take off in the most comfortable plane. All of the Clase Premier Cabins in Aeromexico have 180° reclining flat-bed seats with exceptional onboard amenities.
The service is mandatory for children between 5-13 years old. Children between 14-17 years are not required to travel as unaccompanied minors, but the service is optional for this age group. Children under 5 years of age are not allowed to travel unless accompanied by an adult.

International flights: 115USD one way flight including connection
Additional service fee for electronic ticket: 175MXN/15USD
Flight restrictions:
Unaccompanied minors will be accepted on flights with or without connections, including codeshare flights.

I had a medical emergency and couldn't make my flight. I had all the documents from my doctor stating my medical emergency. I talked with the manager Adam Bell and he worked with me to help me with making it right. Adam Bell is an excellent manager with great customer service skills! I also wanted to thank Tony for also helping with this matter. I will use Quicktravels for all future flights! Thanks again! ??

The flights are always the best price I can find and their customer service is phenomenal. Had an issue with a booked flight and they offered to change my dates for me. The representative I spoke with was informative, friendly, and just downright wonderful. Highly recommend them!!
