Singapore Airlines has a strong presence in the Southeast Asian region, which together with its subsidiary SilkAir, connects Singapore with more international destinations in the region than any other Southeast Asian airline. The airline has a key role on the Kangaroo Route. It flew 11.0% of all international traffic into and out of Australia in the month ended March 2008.
Singapore Airlines has, welcomed the liberation of the Singapore-Kuala Lumpur route which it dominated together with Malaysia Airlines for over three decades, accounting for about 85% of the over 200 flight frequencies then operated.
In October 2015, Singapore Airlines announced plans to resume the world's longest non-stop flight between Singapore and Newark -a 15,300 km (9,500h mi), 19-hour route that the airline had dropped in 2013. According to the airline, the route would be accommodated after the acquiring of new Ultra Long Haul Airbus A350 aircraft in 2018. A340-500 aircraft were formerly employed to serve this route until their retirement in 2013.
Singapore Airlines will commence operating services from Singapore to Canberra, Australia and Wellington, New Zealand in September 2016.

Passengers traveling to/from Brazil and the U.S.: 2 check-in baggage are allowed.
Maximum Dimensions: 62 linear inches/157 cm (length + width + height)
Maximum Weight (Brazil): 70 lb/32 kg
Maximum Weight (US): 51 lb/23 kg for Economy and 70 lb/32 kg for First Class/Suites
KrisFlyer Elite Gold and Star Alliance Gold members are allowed one extra bag regardless of cabin.
PPS Club Members are entitled for 4 pieces of check-in bags.
Other Destinations:
Maximum Weight for Economy Class Passengers: 66 lb/30 kg total
Maximum Weight for Business Class Passengers: 88 lb/40 kg total
Maximum Weight for Suite/First Class Passengers: 110 lb/50 kg total
Krisflyer Elite Gold Members are allowed an extra 44 lb/20 kg of baggage to all destinations except USA and Canada.
PPS Club Members are allowed 100% extra free allowance.
3) Oversize Baggage:
If you have more bags than the number allowed or your bags exceed the weight or linear restrictions, you will be charged additional fees.

Cabins:
Suites: Your individual cabin has its own sliding door and window blinds to give you all the privacy you want.
First Class: Your favourite tea, breakfast in bed, quiet space to work and relax is what you get in first class.
Business Class: When you are travelling for business, everything must go as planned. Like the meal you reserved, and the uninterrupted sleep you are looking forward to on your fully-flat bed.
Premium Economy Class: In an exclusive, spacious, 2-4-2 cabin, our Premium Economy Class seats are designed keeping in your mind your comfort.
Economy Class: The Economy Class seats are designed to give you more personal space. If you want more legroom, you can choose the Preferred Seats with wider seat pitch and located near the exits.
Unaccompanied minor service is mandatory for children between 5-12 years traveling without an adult. The service is optional for children between 12-18 years traveling without an adult.
Children under 5 years of age are not allowed to travel unless accompanied by an adult.

I talked with the manager Adam Bell and he worked with me to help me with making it right. Adam Bell is an excellent manager with great customer service skills! The flights are always the best price I can find and their customer service is phenomenal. Had an issue with a booked flight and they offered to change my dates for me. The representative I spoke with was informative, friendly, and just downright wonderful. Highly recommend them!!
